"his happened on a site called 2ch.hk, which is the Russian version of 4chan.
These guys posted pictures on the 'random' aka /b/ board while they were fucking around with this chick. (which is why you see 'sup /b/' with a timestamp written on her body, which was used to prove to the people on the board that it was real and happening live)

The people of the imageboard were disgusted and started a large scale campaign to find out who these guys are.
They did find them and informed parents, police, etc.
I don't know if they were arrested or not.
